Refund policy (fees, refunds and cancelations)

We encourage you to check your schedule before signing up to an event. To keep our registration fees as low as possible, once you have registered and paid we have a no cancelation/ no refund policy. Customer satisfaction is however extremely important to us and if the circumstances change for you unexpectedly prior to the start date, you may contact us asking for a refund of fees associated with your purchase.
